An overview,

 

1. The weaving machine

 

A. Art weaving mechanism is composed of braiding head, drawing, winding and control box.

 

B. The west knitting mechanism is composed of five parts, namely, the rotary table, the drawing, the drawing, and the control box.

Two, twine, weave common sense

 

1. Winding and weaving are called shielding

 

A. Purpose of shielding: to prevent electrostatic or electromagnetic interference between the cable and the external electric field.

 

B. Definition of shielding: Use electrostatic shielding principle to weave a layer of metal on the surface of semi-finished wires.

 

2. Winding: The copper wire is wound on the cable in a spiral shape.
 

3. Braid: copper wire is braided across the cable.
Ex. :
Winding distance: the distance per rotation.

 

5. Braiding distance: the length of each turn of the spindle.

 

6. Winding number algorithm: n=(D+ D)* / D

 

N: represents the number of strands needed, D: represents the OD of the wire to be wound, D: represents the wire diameter of the copper wire to be wound.

 

7. Number of woven flowers (mesh) : several intersections within an inch.
The more flowers, the denser the weave.
(The cost is affected by the cost, but copper wire is used more)

 

Iii. Matters needing Attention in Production Safety (Isolation machine)

 

1. Before starting the machine, make sure whether there are obstructions and miscellaneous personnel in front and behind the machine, and do all the work "5S" well, so as to keep orderly when starting the machine, so as to avoid any confusion that may cause defects and accidents.

 

2. Install the bobbin, assisted by the iron pad, and immediately return to the original position after installation.
After placing the spool, make sure that the spring has reached the iron shaft axis

 

3. When unwinding the shaft, pay attention to the lower gear.

 

4. The copper wire plugged in each rotating part must be cleared every day.

 

5. Hand brakes should not be used except in an emergency

 

6. When leading and threading, cut off the main switch power immediately

 

7. If any abnormal sound or appearance is found, the machine should be shut down immediately. After maintenance, the machine can continue to work.

 

8. Be careful when using compressed air to blow off dust. Do not point at others.

 

9. The rewinding machine operator must clamp the bobbin and fasten the fixing screw when rewinding.

 

10. It is strictly prohibited to open the door when the isolation machine is in operation, and you must be careful to injure the head by the axle bolt when going online.

 

11. When the isolation machine is running, the bottom shall not allow anyone to get close to objects.

 

Four, knitting machine operation rules

 

1. Before starting the machine, make sure whether there are obstructions and miscellaneous personnel in front and behind the machine, and do all the work "5S" well, so as to keep orderly when starting the machine, so as to avoid any confusion that may cause defects and accidents.

 

2. After the copper spool is placed in the spindle seat, check whether the spindle cover and spring safety clip are properly fastened.

 

3. Do not use your fingers or other utensils to clear the copper wire when the spindle is spinning.

 

4. The motor switch must be cut off before leading and threading

 

5. When starting the machine, the operator should remain upright and should not bend over.

 

6. Operators are required not to wear long hair and must wear working caps to prevent curls.

 

7. Press the motor switch before pulling the grip to start the machine. The order should not be reversed

 

It must be lubricated once or twice a day, but not too much.

 

9. Every day, copper wire must be removed from each ingot.

 

10. Pay attention to abnormal sounds at any time. If abnormal sounds are found, the machine should be stopped immediately for maintenance before operation

 

11. All the rotating parts of the machine, such as belts, gears and turntables, should not put anything within a certain range

 

12. Check the screw tightness of each machine regularly, especially the upper and lower shaft handrails

 

13. When changing the spindle line, the spindle cover must be covered and the safety bolt must be inserted

 

The safety door must be closed before the machine starts

 

15. When the axle shaft operator is on the axle, it must be clamped and set firmly before starting the machine to prevent axle shaft from flying and injuring people

 

16. After the normal operation of the machine, the inverted shaft operator should stand on both sides of the machine. It is strictly prohibited to stand in front of the machine

 

17. Operator must insert safety pin when upper and lower axle, in case the axle hurt foot

 

18. Operator must wear gloves when putting on the belt, and must wear gloves from the front, not from the back of the machine
